Cream Monteagudo


It’s a blending between Amontillados and Olorosos from the cellar with wines from dried grapes, such as Pedro Ximenez and Muscat which are used in a greater proportion to make Medium.


Wine which undergoes oxidative aging, varieties of grape employed are Palomino, Muscat and Pedro Ximénez, it is aged approximately 10-12 years through the process of “Soleras and Criaderas” in American oak casks. It is sweet, its alcohol content is 18.5% and it is available in 75 cl bottle.


With dark mahogany color, it displays intense and quite complex aromas with hints of raisining (raisins, figs, dried apricots). It is very smooth in the mouth, with excellent acid-sweet balance that gives it great volume and persistence. It combines the body of the Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez softness.


Very versatile wine, which shows its virtues both as aperitif and as accompanying desserts, especially with fruit. He is the protagonist trendy cocktail: cream, ice and a slice of orange.
