Single-varietal Muscat white wine aged statically for 9 months under a veil of flor in American oak butts that were part of the solera of La Goya. Its alcohol content is 12% Vol. and it is presented in 75 cl bottles.
Tasting note
Great aromatic intensity, with notes of fresh fruit combined with nuances of yeast, dried fruits and citrus. In the mouth it has a very round and smooth entry, it is fresh and with good acidity perfectly balanced with the elegant bitterness typical of the variety.
Pairing
Perfect wine for drinks, but also to accompany our traditional tapas, especially dressings and cold soups, and preparations with blue fish.
