Technical sheet
Biologically aged wine under a layer of yeast called "flor." Made from 100% Palomino variety grapes, this Manzanilla has undergone approximately 4 years of aging through the solera and criaderas system, and matures in oak casks recovered throughout the journey of this century-old winery. It has an alcohol content of 15% by volume and is presented in 75 cl bottles.
Tasting note
Golden, bright, and luminous in color. On the nose, it presents a complex and highly intense aromatic profile, with aromas typical of prolonged biological aging, where nuts, cereals, citrus fruits, and aromatic herbs stand out. On the palate, it is dry, flavorful, and unctuous, making it very smooth on the palate, in addition to having great volume and persistence.
Pairing
Ideal to pair with seafood tapas, such as fried fish or Sanlúcar langostinos, and to continue with grilled, baked, or stewed fish dishes.
