Few wines are as closely tied to a region, an identity, a way of understanding life as Sanlúcar's manzanilla. To say "manzanilla" is to say "Sanlúcar," and to say "Sanlúcar" is to say "manzanilla.It's a wine of joy, of sharing, of enjoyment. A wine of light, of the sea, of the breeze. A unique wine that can only be found in this singular and beautiful corner of the world.
Because for manzanilla to exist there must be Doñana, Bajo de Guía, west winds, palomino grapes, albariza lands. There must be century-old wineries, with complex systems of criaderas and soleras, there must be strangely half-full-half-empty veteran casks and time must pass, a lot of time, in darkness and silence. There must be wise and old foremen who know how to maintain the life of a mysterious garden of yeast, a beautiful veil of flower that survives in a random balance between harvests, records and sprays. For all this, and much more, Sanlúcar manzanilla is a unique wine in the world.
At Delgado Zuleta we have been making manzanilla since 1744. Logically we have modernized some processes, especially from the finished wine, but in the prolonged production and aging phase, which can extend up to 10 years in some of our past manzanillas, The most ancient winemaking arts and techniques continue to be respected.
As a result, an authentic Sanluqueña manzanilla, made in the most traditional way. Golden, aromatic, tasty, it evokes the Sun, the sea, the South. Perfect as an aperitif, an elegant complement with Iberian meats, soft cheeses, fried fish or seafood stews. A wine to enjoy.

Vino pálido, con un brillante color amarillo pajizo. Aroma punzante y delicado, seca, fresca y delicada al paladar, con un paso de boca ligero y suave, con un regusto persistente y agradablemente amargo.

Vinos sometidos a prolongados periodos de crianza, que pueden alcanzar hasta una década completa. A la vista son doradas, con aromas complejos y potentes y equilibrio entre el frescor y la intensidad, con un característico final ligeramente salino pero muy persistente.

Vinos embotellados directamente de la bota en su estado natural. Lo más cercano a catar la manzanilla venenciada en la bodega. Vinos auténticos, expresivos, tradicionales. Reflejos dorados a la vista, con una nariz punzante y una boca untuosa, potente y deliciosa.
