Delgado Zuleta innovates once again, creating the perfect aperitif, as it combines for the first time on the market the two great wines most recognized worldwide for before meals: manzanilla and vermouth.
Using a selection of manzanilla from the La Goya solera, a series of botanicals and natural extracts inspired by the natural environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, with the mouth of the Guadalquivir River and the Doñana National Park, are macerated.
TECHNICAL SHEET
White vermouth based on manzanilla and natural extracts. Its alcohol content is 15% vol. and is presented in a 75 cl Bordeaux bottle. with cork head stopper.
TASTING NOTES
Singular golden yellow color with bright reflections. It retains the sharp nose characteristic of chamomile, to which are added floral and citrus notes with almond nuances. In the mouth it is dry, intense and balanced, leaving the characteristic bitterness of vermouth, but without being excessive and inviting to repeat.
PAIRING
Wine par excellence for the aperitif. Perfect in its traditional combination with olives, any type of pickled, lupins, or nuts. Its base of Manzanilla harmoniously balances more fatty tapas such as ham or cheese, or saltier ones, such as mojama or anchovies. Being made from a wine of proven quality, like La Goya Manzanilla, we also recommend its tasting alone.
