Vermut Goyesco Ámbar

13,90

After the success of Goyesco vermouth, a pioneer in the use of manzanilla as a base wine, Delgado Zuleta presents its older brother, Goyesco Ámbar, in which the protagonist is now amontillado, the great traditional wine from Marco de Jerez. Made from a selection of the house's amontillados in which they separately macerate a selection of natural plant extracts inspired by the virgin nature of Doñana, such as rosemary, marjoram, wormwood, gentian, vanilla, bitter orange peel or sage , among many others, combined in the appropriate proportions to give the differentiating character to our vermouth.

TECHNICAL SHEET

Vermouth made from a selection of amontillados using the system of criaderas and soleras in American oak butts, of the 100% palomino variety, in which a selection of natural extracts are macerated. Its alcohol content is 17% vol. and is presented in 75 cl bottles.

TASTING NOTES

Bright amber vermouth. The nose is very pleasant, with spicy, almond notes and a base of noble wood, resulting in a very unique and complex aromatic structure. In the mouth it is very intense, balanced, with a nutty and bitter finish that opens to a long aftertaste.

PAIRING

It shines in the aperitif, where thanks to the structure that the old amontillado gives it, it will shine especially with very mature and blue cheeses. Its complexity makes it a sure value in cocktails, especially in combinations to stimulate the appetite.
