One of the most beloved wines of the family. The oldest wreckers in the winery are still remembered with love every morning from the house on Carmen Viejo Street. Live example of the art of pitching, that is, they were looking for the perfect combination between a smelly old man and an old Pedro Ximénez, giving rise to a wine with a sweet but nothing cloying, being very balanced both in nose as in mouth.

Generous liquor wine, oxidative aging, combination of other aging wines Oxidative, as fragrant and Pedro Ximénez. It comes from musts of the palomino varieties and Pedro Ximénez, with upbringing in the traditional system of criaderas and soleras. His alcoholic graduation is 19% vol. and comes in the bottle Jerez and with cork stopper of 75 cl.
Tasting note
Amber, the smell has a high intensity with hints of caramel and nuts. The taste is slightly sweet, well balanced, with body and a long aftertaste.
Pairing
Ideal of an appetizer, mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Perfect companion for a table of cheeses and desserts with ice cream and fruits.
