Rosé wine from the 100% Grenache variety. Night harvest in mid-October in selected plots that are 30 years old and at an altitude greater than 500 meters. Its alcohol content is 13.5% vol. and is presented in 75 cl bottles.
Tasting note
Very attractive to the eye, it stands out for its unique pale pale pink color, with salmon tones. Delicate high-intensity aromas reminiscent of fresh tropical fruits and aromas of rose petals. Its volume stands out in the mouth, with nuances of red fruit. Elegant at the entrance, harmonious, fresh and pleasant, with a silky and persistent sensation at the end.
Pairing
LOLA represents a new generation of rosés, marked by its versatility and ability to adapt not only to multiple gastronomic harmonies, but also to alternative moments and forms of consumption, such as in a wide glass with ice and a straw or in shots for the night.
